New to spreadsheets? Join us for a friendly introduction to Microsoft Excel and the grid of workbooks, worksheets, rows, columns, and cells that makes it all work. You’ll tour the Excel window, learn where its main tools are located, and practice entering, editing, selecting, moving, copying, and clearing information. We’ll also work with cell ranges, resize rows and columns, continue patterns with autofill, and use search tools when information or commands are hard to find. To wrap up, you’ll create and save your own workbook, giving you a solid starting point for everything else Excel can do.
